Due to the personalized and custom nature of our vinyl dubplates, these items are produced specifically according to your unique instructions. Under EU and Dutch consumer law, custom-made goods are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for reasons of personal preference Estimated completion and shipping dates are intended as helpful guidelines rather than strict guarantees. Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on current order volumes, custom batching requirements, or routine technical maintenance on our cutting equipment. If you are working toward a release date please get in touch with us well in advance.

Our Quality Guarantee

While custom orders are final, we are committed to high-quality audio production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair or replacement to ensure you are satisfied with your dubplate. Vinyl cutting is a dance with the elements. Microscopic dust particles, atmospheric static, and subtle cosmic radiation all interact with the vinyl and electronics during a cut, occasionally introducing the faint, organic artifacts that give analog playback its unique character. For optimal playback and to avoid tracking issues, we highly recommend using a high-quality turntable with a properly balanced tonearm and a well-calibrated cartridge.
